Wayfinder is a developing resource for students and researchers to use in browsing digital archives. The project's goal is to make the process of accessing archived materials more efficient and enjoyable through the use of tag-based taxonomies and user networking.

The collection of archived Web sites you'll find in Wayfinder is drawn from a larger Web archive on the topic of political Web campaigning in the United States. The artifacts in this collection illustrate research conducted by Kirsten Foot and Steve Schneider, and published by MIT Press. The Web Campaigning Digital Supplement is an online installation of their research. Use the Digital Supplement to learn how the scholars see the collection; use Wayfinder to find our own ideas, find new ideas, and connect to others. Log in to Wayfinder to browse the collection. To learn how to search between Wayfinder and the Digital Supplement, check out the Wayfinder tutorial - click Need Help? from any page in Wayfinder.
